about me
My name is Winston Eade and I have been playing the piano since
the age of 13.
I trained as a professional actor as a child and performed in many
West-End shows from Les Miserable to Oliver.
I made my professional writing debut at the age of 16 composing 3 songs
for Prisoner the musical at the Queen's theatre in London's West End.
I have been also working as a professional session keyboard player and have played at many weddings and functions all over the UK and Europe. As a keen composer/producer I have written in all styles from comercial pop, soul, funk, blues to full length musicals..
As a vocalist I have performed at many venues for corporate events to weddings.
My repertoire is extremely wide and varied (requests are welcome), and includes jazz standards (Cole Porter, George Gershwin etc); songs from the shows and musicals (Alen Menken, Andrew Lloyd Webber); the swing hits of Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Tony Bennett and others, classic pop tunes from the likes of Elton John, Billy Joel. to more modern hits like Keane, coldplay & James Morrison.
I work closely with all clients to ensure that just the right mood is created for each phase of their event. I'm professional and friendly and am able to play and choose musical pieces to suit the mood of the occasion.
